ANALYSIS OF SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE WORK EFFECTIVENESS IN PRINGSEWU DISTRICT EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Abstract
This research is based on factors which cannot be ignored related to work effectiveness, supervision and organizational culture. This can be reflected in the lack of work effectiveness, lack of supervision and organizational culture. This can be seen from the organizational culture of working hours which is still far from what is expected from employees at Pringsewu District Education Office. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on employee work effectiveness, to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee effectiveness, to determine whether supervision and organizational culture together influence employee work effectiveness in Pringsewu District Education Office. This type of research aims to clarify/ explain the effect of several variables. The respondents in this study are all employees at Pringsewu District Education Office, totaling 33 employees. To examine the effect of each variable, multiple linear regression analysis is used. From the results of data processing, it can be seen that the regression Y = 0.148 + 0.124 X1 + 0.909 X2 is very significant and linear. This means that a constant of 0.148 states that if there is no supervision and organizational culture, the work effectiveness of employees at Pringsewu District Education Office will remain at 0.148. X1 regression coefficient of 0.124 states that each addition of 1 point in the supervisory score will increase employee effectiveness by 0.124 points. X2 regression coefficient of 0.909 states that each additional 1 point of organizational culture will increase employee effectiveness by 0.909 points. Suggestions/ recommendations, in Pringsewu District Education Office related to supervision, awards, guidance, income are needed, so that employees can quickly complete work. Organizational culture needs to be improved through obedience in adhering to working hours, obedience to relevant superiors' orders, the obedience to regulations. Work effectiveness requires satisfaction with workload, career, personal relationships, superior relationships, working conditions and facilities, job security.
