Abstract
SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and the Enterprise Architecture Planning Method can have a significant impact on improving the quality of academic methods in an educational institution. SWOT helps identify the strengths and weaknesses of the academic methods that have been implemented, allowing institutions to capitalize on strengths and overcome weaknesses. By identifying opportunities, institutions can develop academic methods that are responsive to developing educational trends and student needs. The impact of threats to academic methods can be reduced with appropriate planning, reducing risks, and increasing resilience to change. SWOT helps in identifying areas where efficiency can be improved, including improving teaching and learning processes. The Enterprise Architecture Planning method ensures effective integration between the various systems and processes involved in the academic method, minimizing redundancy and improving coordination. Help ensure that academic methods are aligned with the educational institution's business goals and strategies, ensuring focus on achieving the vision and mission. Planning efficient data structures, making it easier to manage academic data, performance evaluation and decision-making. The performance of the technology used in academic methods creates a more modern and responsive learning environment. With the combination of SWOT analysis and the application of the Enterprise Architecture Planning Method, educational institutions can achieve positive and sustainable changes in their academic methods, creating a better and more responsive learning environment.
